Job Title: Production Officer
Location: Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
The Production Officer will be responsible for the overall production of our noodles, from raw material to finished product packaging. This includes:
- Overseeing the entire production process, from raw material preparation to packaging.
- Effective utilization and management of the production team and workforce.
- Identifying and implementing production improvements.
- Troubleshooting and resolving production problems.
- Ensuring that all production targets are met on time and within budget.
- Maintaining high quality standards for all products.
- Maintaining waste level not exceeding 0.2%.
- Driving strict compliance to cGMP, GHK and Safety in the production lines.
Qualifications
- B.Sc, B.Tech or HND in Food Science and Technology, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a food production environment
- Strong knowledge of food manufacturing processes and quality control procedures
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
