Position Overview
- As a Restaurant Manager at our Restaurant,you will be the driving force behind the seamless operation of our restaurant.
- You will lead a team of dedicated staff, oversee day-to-day operations, and ensure that our guests receive top-notch service and enjoy exceptional cuisine. Your leadership will play a pivotal role in maintaining our restaurant’s reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including reservations, seating arrangements, and guest interactions.
- Ensure high standards of customer service by training and developing staff and addressing customer feedback and concerns.
- Oversee inventory management, ordering, and cost control to meet budgetary goals.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain food quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Maintain a safe and clean restaurant environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain guests.
- Handle administrative tasks such as financial reporting and performance analysis.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification with 6 – 9 years work experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in restaurant management software.
- Food safety certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in restaurant management, with a track record of success in a similar role.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to create memorable guest experiences.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, cost control, and financial reporting.
