Job Description
- Providing excellent wait service to ensure satisfaction
- Respond to customer inquiries, issue receipts, and record customer suggestions;
- accommodate all guest needs during their dining experience;
- Keeping the dining room and server stations cleaned;
- Taking customer orders and delivering food and beverages
- Making menu recommendations, answering questions and sharing additional information with restaurant patrons
- Welcome customers and help determine their orders;
- Accept cash and return the correct change;
- Clean and arrange eating, service, and kitchen spaces;
- Answering phones/to-go orders.
Requirements
- OND or equivalent qualification;
- Analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proven experience in a customer service role is an advantage;
- Previous experience from similar industry and understanding of Food and beverage department
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
