Deep Blue Energy Services Limited (DBESL) is a resource and solution management company that specializes in assisting international/Local companies in identifying Potential market opportunities, assisting with permits, sourcing highly skilled employees, bidding on and negotiating contracts and navigating the often complex political and policy environment of many sub-Saharan African countries.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Commercial Operations Associate

Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Job type: Contact
Career Level: Experienced (Non-Manager)

Description 
Key Deliverables include Customer Relationship Management:

  • Provide outstanding Customer Services through weekly calls and periodic visits.
  • Logging & management of Customer requests and complaints
  • Follow up to resolution of Issues raised on Salesforce CRM.
  • Work with other departments to close out cases.
  • Act as the face of the organization especially for customers visiting the office.
  • Update Customer contacts on Salesforce CRM.
  • On-board/ New customers on Salesforce CRM.
  • Ensure Gas Quality tests are carried out periodically and reports shared with customers
  • Receivables Management Support:
  • Ensure customers in the East receive Gas Offtake Report and Gas Invoices monthly.
  • Follow-up to ensure Invoice payment within the contractual Time frame.
  • Assist in driving Customer’s Securitization Renewals before the due date.

Sales:

  • Manage Customer Relationships to increase Gas Offtake Volumes Expansion.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a Business-related field
  • Other experience: 7 + year experience in operations or a customer relationship management position

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of data analysis and market research
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Very good interpersonal and people skills
  • Capacity to write proposals and reports effectively and creatively
  • Ability to think strategically and analytically
  • Proficient in MS Office/Working knowledge of
  • IT and marketing software
