Job Title: Head of Operations

Job Description
- Oversee and coordinate branch operations activities on a daily basis.
- Review of loan files.
- Develop, implement and updates policies, procedures, standards & processes for the unit.
- Ensure accuracy of customer data and transactions through management of authorization levels and access rights.
- Management and safe keeping of files.
- Rendering reports to regulatory authorities.(NFIU,AML)
- Ensure transaction processing are in line with policies and procedure.
- Collaborate with correspondent banks for smooth transaction processing.
- Develop and manage a team of well-trained focused and motivated Banking Services Staff.
- Provide effective and efficient report of operations activities to management for analysis and decision making.
- Coordinate with the IT department to ensure continuous availability and effectiveness of business applications and technology infrastructure required for the Bank’s operations to run smoothly.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess B.Sc Degrees with 6 – 9 years relevant work experience.
Salary
N400,000 – N500,000 Monthly.
